Matt Nicholson
Head Coach, Matt Nicholson has over 40 years experience in the fitness industry and is renowned as one of Australia’s greatest natural bodybuilding and power lifting champions. Matt is a multi-titled competitor both at International & National Levels. He is also a Top Ten finisher at the 2013 CrossFit Games, winning the Masters CrossFit Australian Regional Champion Title for three consecutive years (2013-15). Matt is often sought after for seminars relating to both training & nutrition, giving back to the sport both as a trainer and mentor. With many qualifications including CrossFit Level 1 & 2, Cert 3 & 4 Personal Training, Matt also has qualifications in Strength & Conditioning Training level 1 & 2, kettlebells 1 & 2, foam roller, power band & chain training just to name a few. Matt’s philosophy is that life is about being fit, strong and healthy.“I have learned over the years that if you are consistent and have love, passion & belief for all you do, you really can achieve anything in life!”

Melita Jagic

With over 30 years in the fitness industry, Melita Jagic is renowned for helping everyday people achieve extraordinary results. Her approach is no-nonsense, deeply personal, and incredibly effective because she’s lived it herself.
Once an overweight single mum, Melita knows firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to take back control of your health, energy, and confidence. Her own transformation journey—both physical and mental—fuels her passion for helping others do the same.
Melita’s achievements span decades and disciplines. She’s a former Body-for-Life Australian Runner-Up and Success Coach, as well as a State and National Champion in drug-free physique competitions. Today, she brings that same discipline, grit, and drive to her coaching, without the ego or the fluff.
Now in her late 50s and stronger than ever, Melita is especially passionate about empowering women over 40 to feel strong, confident, and in control of their bodies again. Her method focuses on strength training, real food, consistency, and mindset - not gimmicks or extremes.
Along the way, she’s helped thousands of women transform, not just their physiques, but their lives.
